The discovery of noodles can be traced as far back as the Han Dynasty where it was first created by the Emperor’s chefs about 2000 years ago. Over the centuries, chefs have continuously expanded the concept of noodles such that it has spread vastly across China from the 1920s to the 1930s. One such Guangdong chef, Hu Min, was the mastermind behind bamboo stick noodles. In 1940, he opened the first bamboo stick noodle restaurant and made bamboo stick noodles famous in China. In 1979, his protégée Master Wu Guang opened Bamboodles in Guangdong Xinhui and to this day customers still flocked there.We use only the best ingredients and we guarantee only noodles made that very same day are provided to our customers.
